Advantages working with MNB, LLC

Muscogee Nation Businesses, LLC and it's affiliated businesses are uniquely positioned to offer clients and partners many minority advantages.  As an SBA 8(a), HubZone Certified, 100% Native American/Tribally-Owned Corporation (NAC), MNB, LLC is exempt from competitive thresholds and able to receive sole source awards up to $20 million without justification and authorization.  Contracts sole sourced to NAC's cannot be protested.

This allows the U.S. Federal Government the opportunity to ensure success is guaranteed and not delayed due to solicitation protests.  This acquisition strategy can save time and ultimately money with little to no gap in operational capacity.

NAC Advantages for Contracting Officers

NACs can have direct negotiations with the Government (13CFR124.503(c)(2))
